SHIPPING POLICY

At Kirsche Merch, we aim to dispatch orders promptly—typically within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once your payment is confirmed.

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

  • International orders may take 7–14 business days, but some shipments could be delayed up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination country’s customs process.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders sent outside the U.S. valued over $20 may be subject to additional fees including VAT, import duties, and handling charges as determined by your country’s customs authority. While we take measures to reduce potential charges, each country’s import policies differ, and local customs make the final call.

Please note: Shipping fees at checkout do not include any applicable duties or taxes. Be sure to check your country’s import regulations beforehand.

Pre-order Note: If you place an order that includes a pre-sale item, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. Pre-sale items typically ship 12–16 weeks after the pre-order period ends.

Tracking & Carriers

Most packages will come with a tracking number, though for certain lightweight shipments, especially international, we may skip tracking to keep shipping affordable. Orders under 2 lbs. are generally shipped via USPS.

Important: We are currently unable to fulfill orders to North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, China, India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore or any overseas Pack-Stations due to country and carrier restrictions.


ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Domestic shipments are typically delivered within 1–12 business days, depending on the service selected.

  • International deliveries can take 7–21 business days to arrive once in transit.

Keep in mind: These timeframes do not include fulfillment time prior to shipping.


ADDRESS ISSUES

If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, marked unclaimed or undeliverable, we’ll notify you once we receive it. A refund will be issued for the subtotal only once the return is processed.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we can’t recover packages sent to the wrong location.

  • If you request a package redirection from the shipping carrier post-dispatch, Kirsche Merch is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

During free shipping promotions, if your order is returned to us due to address issues or refusal, your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping cost we incurred.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All payments are processed in USD. Your bank or credit card provider will convert the charge based on their current exchange rate.

  • We do not collect or remit taxes, tariffs, or duties at the time of checkout.

  • It is your responsibility to research and comply with your local customs and import policies.

  • We are not able to refund shipping fees if the package is refused or held by customs and not returned.

If your order is seized, denied, or unreturned by customs, we are unable to offer a refund.
