Refund policy

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Kirsche Merch currently accepts the following payment options:

  • Apple Pay

  • Bancontact

  • Google Pay

  • iDEAL

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

Using a prepaid gift card? Please make sure it's registered with your name and billing address before using it on our site. We are unable to refund a different payment method if a gift card was used during checkout.

If you choose to pay through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay, we will only ship to the verified address linked to that account.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately —once your package ships, the order cannot be modified.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International shipping times range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier processing.

Please be aware that orders valued over $20 USD may incur additional charges at customs, such as import tax, VAT, or clearance fees. These charges are controlled by your country’s customs agency and are not included in your checkout total.

Kirsche Merch is not responsible for customs delays, and we encourage you to review your local import regulations prior to ordering.


ADDRESS ERRORS & RETURNS DUE TO DELIVERY FAILURE

If your package is returned to us because of:

  • An incomplete or incorrect address

  • Marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”

  • Deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier

…we will notify you via email once it arrives back at our facility. At that point, we will process a refund for the subtotal of your order. No refund will be issued until the item is physically returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If your address is incorrect and your package is delivered elsewhere, Kirsche Merch cannot be held responsible.

Redirecting or forwarding a package through the shipping carrier after it leaves our warehouse voids our responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If you placed your order during a free shipping promotion and it is returned due to address issues, your refund will be reduced by the actual shipping costs we incurred.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

We highly recommend tracking your shipment and making sure someone is available to receive it. Delivery drivers may leave packages at a door or porch without signature.

If your package appears to be missing but shows as delivered:

  1. Check with neighbors or nearby entrances

  2. Contact your local post office directly—they often have additional delivery details

  3. If necessary, you may complete a Proof of Non-Delivery form and email it to contact@kirsche.com

Please note: We can only see the same tracking information you receive; your local post office is the best source for further investigation.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of your order date.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team via contact@kirsche.com or use the live chat feature on our website.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags.

  • A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will return to that card. 

We recommend contacting us before sending any items back, so we can confirm eligibility and help streamline the process. If you send in a return that doesn’t meet our return standards, we will notify you with the available next steps, but a refund will not be granted automatically.

Purchases made during promotions or sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Free gift promos

  • Free shipping offers


LIMITED WARRANTY

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents or damage from misuse

  • Improper washing or cleaning

  • Odors or discoloration from non-standard use
